Jesus’ words, “If a man loves me, he will keep my word,” remind us that love for Christ is shown not only in what we say, but in how we live. Genuine love is expressed through faithful obedience, trusting that His teachings always lead us to life, peace, and joy.
The beautiful promise that follows is at the heart of the Christian life: “My Father will love him, and we will come to him.” God does not remain distant from those who seek Him. He dwells in hearts that welcome His Word with faith and live it with sincerity.
Every act of forgiveness, kindness, honesty, and charity becomes a place where God’s presence is made visible.This Gospel Acclamation invites us to renew our commitment each day to listen to Christ, live His Word, and allow His love to transform our hearts, so that others may encounter Him through the witness of our lives.
