This Gospel Acclamation reminds us that our identity begins with God’s call. Through Baptism, we are no longer strangers to His promise but members of His family, a chosen people, called not because of our own greatness, but because of His boundless love.
To live as a “royal priesthood” and a “holy nation” means allowing the light of Christ to shine through our words, our choices, and the way we treat others.
The world is often marked by fear, division, and uncertainty, but every Christian is sent to bear witness to the hope that comes from knowing the Lord. When our lives reflect His mercy, kindness, and truth, we quietly proclaim the wonderful deeds of the One who has led us out of darkness into His marvelous light.
