The Kingdom of God Is at Hand

These words are both an invitation and a challenge. Jesus tells us that God is not distant from our lives. His Kingdom draws near wherever hearts turn back to Him, where sin is abandoned, where mercy is received, and where the Gospel is truly believed.

To repent is more than feeling sorry. It means allowing God to change the direction of our lives. It is the courage to leave behind what pulls us away from Him and to trust that His way leads to something better.

And to believe in the Gospel means more than agreeing with its words. It means placing our lives in the hands of Christ.

The Kingdom of God is near whenever we turn toward Him with a sincere heart and begin again.
